What are your fees for buying and selling real estate?

Justo charges sellers a listing commission of just 1.25% - half the standard commission taken by other brokers. When you buy a home in the GTA with Justo, your buying agent will give you up to 50% of their commission after recovering an administrative cost, as long as the home was purchased for a minimum of $300,000. Your share of the commission is sent in the form of a cheque once the transaction is finalized.

What if I don’t want to use some of the services that Justo offers as part of its all-inclusive package?

If you choose to use your own lawyer, stager, photographer, or home inspector you are welcome to do so, at your own cost.

Will my Justo agent be experienced in selling real estate?

Yes. All of our agents are licensed realtors who are screened, supervised and experienced in selling real estate.
